The tasting room wine and food education
Along with the Provin Group’s passion for freshness and
creativity, we have a great interest and enthusiasm for the
compatibility of food and the compatibility of wine with food.
Our tasting room is used to great effect with a wine master
hosting these very special dinners, usually covering six
courses, our chefs blending each course with the next and
with each course two wines are served, one compatible with
the food and the other not. The wine master then invites each
guest to judge and comment.
Great fun, often leading to rigorous discussion and opinion
and above all, an excellent learning medium and exhibition
of our chefs’ skills.
