An important note : When choosing a caterer make sure they have a "Gold License". This accreditation is issued by the Restaurant and Catering Association and signifies that the catering business operates from Health Dept. approved premises and food handling procedures. Safe food is obviously critical to the success of your event.
Our Danish Farm meeting and conference menus have a winner with the new Estonian "farmers" sausage. We are serving this in a light Bavarian style mini roll with mesclun and sweet mustard. Very much worth trying when next ordering.
